Program Introduction
New dynamics have changed the way trainings are conducted. Working from home is becoming the new norm and employees’ work and learning habits are changing. Face to face classroom training are currently on hold yet many organizations believe in lifelong learning and do not want to stop their training and development activities. A great alternative is to conduct training virtually.
Face to face classroom trainers are not necessarily successful virtual trainers, this course is developed to equip both new and experienced trainers with the needed skills to design and deliver effective virtual training. The course provides practical tools to facilitate virtual training in an engaging and professional way.

Learning Outcome
- Design and deliver effective virtual trainings
- To virtually gain audience’s attention quickly and overcome their resistance.
- To use the right visual aids effectively to engage a virtual audience that keep them interested and on pace
- To engage all trainees when learning needs and styles are different.
- To prepare a plan for virtual training session that works from the curriculum design to technical setup.
Methodology
This course relies on virtual learning through digital platform. Breakout room exercises, group discussions, polling, annotating, using the white board, chatting, screen sharing, and other tools will be practiced, making sure the contents of the course are clear and ready for implementation.
To get certified, participants will have to record a 10 minutes training session and send back to PSTD within 15 days after the completion of the course. PSTD will then share feedback report based on the submitted training videos.

Cancellation Policy:
PSTD Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 5 working days prior to the program will be refunded 50%. If a booking is canceled in less than 5 working days, no refunds can be given. Cancellations must be confirmed by a letter or email. Substitutions may be made at any time for the same program only. In case of the participant not showing up on the day of the training a replacement can be sent.
