Ms. Mehwash Khan

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - NORTH

Mehwash Khan is a business professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership, business development, and corporate training. She has trained over 5,000 professionals across industries in Pakistan and Dubai. With an MBA and a Master’s in International Relations, she combines strategic insights and negotiation skills to achieve business goals. As the Business Head for North & Centre at PSTD, she drives growth, oversees operations, and leads high-impact training programs to position PSTD as a leader in professional development.

Ms. Ayesha Tariq Sethi

DEPUTY HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - SOUTH

Ayesha Tariq Sethi is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in driving organizational success and achieving B2B excellence. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Business from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy from Koç University. As the Deputy Head of Business Development - South at PSTD, Ayesha focuses on establishing strategic initiatives and enhancing brand visibility. Her expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and performance optimization enables her to effectively drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives, making her a valuable asset to the team.

Mr. Saquib Niaz

DEPUTY HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - SOUTH

Saquib is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner from the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and a graduate of the Foundation Coach Training Program in London. With over 15 years of experience, he has effectively trained university faculty across various countries. In his role as Deputy Head of Business South at PSTD, Saquib leverages his expertise in leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence to develop and deliver comprehensive Training-of-Trainers (TOT) programs for organizations. His commitment to skill development is integral to PSTD's growth and training initiatives.

Ms. Lubna Laeeq

HEAD FINANCE & HR

Lubna Laeeq has been a part of PSTD since 2006 with over sixteen years of experience in Finance & Accounting. With a Masters in Finance, Lubna has been creating financial strategies and managing accounting teams by providing insights and financial advice to assist them in making the best business decisions for the PSTD.

Mr. Shafeeque Ahmed Laeeque

HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION

With a Masters degree in Management & Marketing, a Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics, Certifications in HR – structure building and Crisis Management, and experience of more than 28 years in multinational organizations and corporate businesses. Always worked with passion and dedication, maintaining good communication between departments, and acting as an efficient liaison to promote the organization. Having basic competencies in organizational structure and operations management, and having worked in many departments, a solid professional presence with which to represent the company through successful connection-building.
