An engineer by profession, Mr. Tahir Jawaid has over 31 years of vast experience and expertise in Fertilizer, Petrochemical & Power Sectors.
Currently, he is working as the Chief Executive Officer at HPSL, which is a subsidiary of The Hub Power Company Limited (HUBCO). HPSL has been incorporated to manage Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of its existing power assets and explore other O&M business opportunities onshore and offshore.
Previously, he was associated with HUBCO as Senior Vice President (Corporate Services & New Venture), to develop Projects based on imported & local Coal. Before joining Hubco he was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Public Affairs of Engro Corporation Limited.
He also worked in the United States in various capacities for system and design engineering companies.
During his professional career, he held key roles in Management of HR, Planning, Materials Warehouse Management and Maintenance Management Systems.
Mr. Jawaid obtained MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston, USA, and BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology, Pakistan.

Noman has served on various boards and management committees of the organizations he had been associated with and has a keen interest in talent development and mentorship. He graduated from the University of Karachi, with a bachelor’s in Applied Chemistry and a Master’s in Foods Science and Technology.
Noman is a result-oriented supply chain professional with unmatched experience with Management and Leadership roles in FMCG, Supply Chain, and RnD.
Noman has performed as Supply Chain Director and Management Committee member in Unilever Pakistan and Sri Lanka (as International Assignee) for six years, Executive/Non-executive Board member at Unilever Pakistan. Further, he has been a Group GM for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in EBM for three years and Vice President of SCAP (Supply Chain Association of Pakistan). Mr. Lutfi also functions as the Regional Advisory Board Member (EMEA-Region) of ISCEA (International Supply Chain Education Alliance) Pakistan. He is also working as a Chartered Member of CILT, Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK).
