Ahmed also contributes to several leading industry and governance bodies, bringing deep expertise in corporate leadership, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable business growth.

    Mr. Muhammad Rizwan Dalia

    Muhammad Rizwan Dalia is a seasoned HR, governance, and finance professional with over two decades of leadership experience. As Chief People Officer and Company Secretary at K-Electric, he leads the organization’s people strategy, corporate governance, and organizational development agenda. A Fellow Chartered Accountant and Certified Director, Rizwan has held senior leadership roles across finance, corporate affairs, and human resources throughout his career. Prior to joining K-Electric, he worked with A.F. Ferguson & Co. (PwC) and Pakistan State Oil. He is recognized for building strong governance frameworks, driving organizational transformation, and aligning people strategies with business growth and performance.

    Mr. Fahd Kamal Chinoy

    Fahd Kamal Chinoy is a business leader with extensive experience in corporate strategy, operations, and business growth. As Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Cables Limited, he leads one of Pakistan’s most established industrial organizations. Prior to becoming CEO, he held leadership roles across sales, marketing, supply chain, and information technology within the company. Earlier in his career, he worked in corporate banking and loan syndications with TD Securities in North America. Fahd serves on the boards of several organizations and foundations and is a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

He also serves on the boards of multiple Packages Group companies and advises organizations on financial and investment matters. Previously, he led IGI Investments and played a key role in strategic acquisitions across healthcare, insurance, and manufacturing sectors. Sajjad is a Certified Internal Auditor and has completed executive leadership programs from INSEAD and LUMS.

    Ms. Mishaal H. Shirazi

    Mishaal H. Shirazi is a financial services and real estate executive with over 14 years of experience spanning banking, credit and risk management, capital markets, asset management, private equity, and real estate investments.
