    Mr. Fahd K. Chinoy

    PRESIDENT - PSTD | CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (PAKISTAN CABLES LTD)

    Fahd Kamal Chinoy is an MBA from INSEAD (France) and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. Prior to becoming CEO, he headed various departments including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Informational Technology at Pakistan Cables Limited. Mr. Fahd Kamal Chinoy has previously served in the banking industry, having worked with TD Securities in New York and Toronto as an Associate in various departments including Loan Syndications and Corporate Banking. He is currently also a Director of Atlas Battery Limited, Focus Humanitarian Assistance Pakistan and the Amir Sultan Chinoy Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of NOWPDP and is a certified director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

    Mr. Muhammad Farrukh Rasheed

    TREASURER – PSTD | CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER (LUCKY CORE INDUSTRIES)

    Farrukh Rasheed has been the Chief People Officer at Lucky Core Industries Limited since April 2022. With over 20 years of experience, he has served in leadership roles across HR, Business Development, and Operational Excellence. Before joining Lucky Core Industries, Farrukh was the Vice President of HR & Digitalization at Hub Power Company Limited. He has also held key leadership positions at United Energy Pakistan, Engro Corporation, and Jazz. Farrukh earned his MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Additionally, he has completed Executive Education at INSEAD.

    Mr. Zeshan Taj Khan

    CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER (ENGRO CORPORATION LTD)

    Zeshan Taj Khan is the Chief People Officer for Engro Corporation Limited. Zeshan brings over 20 years of HR and leadership experience, specializing in developing robust programs for transformative change. Zeshan is returning to the Engro family, having previously served as Vice President Human Resources, Admin and MarCom at Engro Energy between 2019 – 2022. In the Energy vertical, he played a crucial role in managing organizational change and implementing inclusive business practices that prioritize people’s well-being and the environment. In his recent role as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Pak Arab Refinery Limited, Zeshan is credited with initiating a major cultural transformation to make the Parco Group an Employer of Choice. His valuable industry experience also covers Commercial, HR and business transformation across local and international markets at prominent organizations including Pfizer, ICI Pakistan Limited and Denique Consulting. Zeshan holds an Honors degree from the University of Manchester, UK, in addition to his Economics degree. He is a fellow with the Institute of Managers & Leaders (Australia), a Certified Professional with the Australian HR Institute, and a Chartered Professional with CIPD (UK).

    Ms. Fathema Zuberi

    HR DIRECTOR (UNILEVER PAKISTAN LIMITED)

    Fathema Zuberi is the HR Director Unilever Pakistan Limited. Before joining Unilever, Fathema worked at ICI Pakistan Limited where she joined as Management Trainee and has held multiple roles in both the HR and Commercial functions during her tenure of 24 years. She holds an MBA degree from the institute of Business Administration and is a Board Member at the Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management.

    Mr. Muhammad Rizwan Dalia

    CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER (K ELECTRIC LTD)

    Rizwan is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. A seasoned HR, Finance and Corporate Governance Professional with having more than 2 decades of experience in professional organization such as PwC, PSO and K Electric. Rizwan started his career with A. F. Ferguson & Co (a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) and served Pakistan State Oil, in various capacities in Finance function between 2001 and 2007. Currently working at K-Electric Limited as CPO & Company Secretary, the only integrated private utility company in Pakistan. While working in various capacities at senior levels in Finance and Corporate Affairs functions since 2008.

    Mr. Jamal Nasir

    CHIEF HR OFFICER (HBL)

    Jamal Nasir is the Chief Human Resources Officer at HBL, Pakistan’s largest commercial bank. He has 30 years of professional experience. Prior to joining HBL, he was the Senior Executive Vice President & Group Executive HR at United Bank Limited. He has worked with Standard Chartered Bank as Head of HR for Pakistan and Head of HR for South Asia. He later relocated with Standard Chartered Bank to Singapore into the role of Head of HR for South East Asia and then Senior HR Manager for Asia. Prior to working with Standard Chartered Bank, Jamal was also the Country Head Human Resources at ABN AMRO, Pakistan and also has 10 year’s work experience at Exxon Chemical / Engro in various HR and Engineering roles. Mr. Jamal Nasir is a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.

    Mr. Ali Shirazi

    CEO/PRESIDENT (ATLAS BATTERY LTD)

    Ali H. Shirazi graduated with a BA from Yale University, U.S.A. in 2000 and thereafter completed his Masters in Law from Bristol University, U.K. in 2005. He has worked with the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi in New York as well as American Honda in Torrance, California. He is Group Director Financial Services and President / Chief Executive of Atlas Battery Limited. He is on the Board of Atlas Asset Management Limited, Atlas Insurance Limited, National Management Foundation (sponsoring body of LUMS), National Foods Limited, Cherat Packaging Limited, Pakistan Cables Limited and Pakistan Society for Training and Development. Previously, he has also served on the Board of National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL). He is a 'Certified Director' from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and in 2018 completed the Owner / President Management Program (OPM) from Harvard Business School.

    Ms. Tazeen Shahid

    Tazeen Shahid is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Jazz, Pakistan’s leading digital operator, where she is at the forefront of the organization’s people strategy. Her career spans across several prominent organizations in Pakistan, where she has firmly established her reputation in the field. Known for her ability to align HR policies with business objectives, Tazeen has played a critical role in enhancing organizations. Her talent for fostering a positive work culture underscores her status as a respected HR leader. Before joining Jazz, Tazeen held key positions at Jubilee Life Insurance, BASF, and Bank Alfalah Limited.     Mr. Adeel Rehmani

    HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES (PAKISTAN PETROLEUM LTD)

    A seasoned Human Resources professional, having over 26 years of prolific experience with major multinational and national oil & gas Exploration & Production organizations, including Union Texas Petroleum Inc., BP Pakistan Exploration & Production, OMV Pakistan Exploration GmbH and Pakistan Petroleum Limited. He has an in-depth practical knowledge of Human Resources management along with basic technical understanding of core E&P business through cross-functional experience of heading Health, Safety, Security and Environment functions. In 26 years of professional career, he has led Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Health, Safety, Environment, Security, Corporate Social Responsibility and Administration functions at the leading organizations. Currently he is holding the position of Head of Human Resources reporting to Managing Director at Pakistan Petroleum Limited.

    Mr. Hasan Adnan Ahmed

    HR INTEGRATION LEADER (COCA-COLA BEVERAGES PAKISTAN LTD.)

    Hasan has extensive international & multi-functional experience and in-depth understanding of global business and emerging markets gained during his 25+ years of career with Coca-Cola CCI, British American Tobacco and Global Consulting Firms. During his career, he has acquired commercial HR experience operating on top teams within South Asia and Middle East and global roles in London, with experiences in turning around company culture, start-up operation and developing leadership teams. He has also led Public Affairs & Communication and Sales in Coca-Cola CCI. Since 2018, he has been serving as Board of Governors in Pakistan Society of Human Resources (PSHRM) and Pakistan Society for Training & Development (PSTD) where he is also the Chair of Business Development Committee. Hasan has attained his MBA degree from Maastricht School of Management and PGD in Organizational Leadership & Change from Said Business School, University of Oxford. He is also an accredited Executive Coach and Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

    Ms. Sarah Hassan

    Sarah began her career with Phillip Morris International in 2007 and has a diverse professional background spanning across Business Planning, Supply Chain, Operations and People & Culture. She has successfully worked with diverse and multi-cultural organizations across Hong Kong, Macau and South Asia and has been instrumental in driving transformation forward across multiple markets. She is currently driving People & Culture strategy for Pepsico Pakistan. Further strengthening diversity, employee engagement & well-being and future fit agile polices and people practices.

    Mr. Aadil Riaz

    Aadil Riaz has around two decades of experience in HR, Organizational Transform & Change while working with sectors such as Oil & Gas / Energy, Financial Institutions, Telecom, FMCG, Textiles & HR Consulting in UAE, Oman & Pakistan. Currently working with Pakistan Cables Limited as Director HR. Prior to Pakistan Cables he has been associated with K-Electric, Albatha Group UAE, Shell, PTCL, HBL, and KPMG & PwC Consulting in leading HR roles. He has an MBA, LLB and qualified from Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD UK). He is also member of various professional bodies such as Employers Federation of Pakistan, Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) and a member board of governors for Pakistan Society for Training & Development (PSTD).

    Mr. Jawad Gilani

    Jawad Gilani is the Group Head of HR for Packages Group, where he oversees HR operations for the diverse companies across four countries worldwide. He is known for his exceptional leadership skills in navigating challenges and turning them into opportunities within industries such as Packaging, FMCG, insurance, and Pharma. Prior to his current role, Jawad Gilani held key positions in Learning and Development (L&D) and HR for HBL in central regions. With 14 years of international experience in HR and Training roles in North America (including Canada and the US), he brings a wealth of global perspective to his work. In addition to his corporate achievements, Jawad Gilani has been inducted into the Forbes HR Council, a prestigious recognition highlighting his influence as a global HR leader. He is the only Pakistani professional to be included in this esteemed list of Global HR professionals. Moreover, he is a certified leadership development coach from Harvard University, renowned for his successful coaching engagements across North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan.

    Mr. Monis Mirza

    HEAD HUMAN RESOURCE (FAYSAL BANK LTD)

    Monis Mirza is a seasoned professional with 28 years of experience in Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Digital Transformation, Strategic Change, Cultural Integration, and Human Capital Transformation. As the head of Human Resources at Faysal Bank, he played a crucial role in the bank’s transition from conventional to Islamic banking. This monumental shift required strategic vision and meticulous planning, which Monis provided, leading to significant growth and productivity.
    Under his leadership, Faysal Bank expanded from 350 to 725 branches in five years and earned numerous awards for enhancing Employee Value Proposition and promoting Diversity and Inclusion.
