Mr. Fahd K. Chinoy

PRESIDENT/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (PAKISTAN CABLES LTD)

Fahd Kamal Chinoy is an MBA from INSEAD (France) and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. Prior to becoming CEO, he headed various departments including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Informational Technology at Pakistan Cables Limited. Mr. Fahd Kamal Chinoy has previously served in the banking industry, having worked with TD Securities in New York and Toronto as an Associate in various departments including Loan Syndications and Corporate Banking. He is currently also a Director of Atlas Battery Limited, Focus Humanitarian Assistance Pakistan and the Amir Sultan Chinoy Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of NOWPDP and is a certified director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

Mr. Muhammad Rizwan Dalia

TREASURER/Chief People Officer (K Electric Limited)

Rizwan is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. A seasoned HR, Finance, and Corporate Governance Professional with having more than 2 decades of experience in professional organizations like PwC, PSO, and K Electric. Rizwan started his career with A. F. Ferguson & Co (a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) and served Pakistan State Oil, In various capacities in the Finance function between 2001 and 2007. Currently working at K-Electric Limited as CPO & Company Secretary, the only integrated private utility company in Pakistan. While working in various capacities at senior levels in Finance and Corporate Affairs functions since 2008.

Mr. Ali Shirazi

CEO (Atlas Battery Ltd)

Mr. Ali H. Shirazi graduated from Yale University, the U.S.A. in 2000 and thereafter completed his Masters in Law from Bristol University, the U.K. in 2005. During this period, He worked for the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi in New York and American Honda in Torrance, California. He is Group Director Financial Service and President / CEO of Atlas Battery Limited. He serves on the Board of Atlas Asset Management Limited, Atlas Engineering Limited, Atlas Insurance Limited, Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (as alternate Director), National Management Foundation (sponsoring body of LUMS), Pakistan Society for Training and Development (PSTD) and Young President Organization-Pakistan (YPO).

Mr. Hasan Adnan Ahmed

With over twenty years of global experience in HR and an in-depth understanding of international business and emerging markets, Mr. Hasan joined CCI Pakistan in May 2016 as Director of Human Resources and is now serving as Field Sales Director. He has a proven track record of building teams and start-ups and transforming company culture. Before this, he spent 16 years with the British American Tobacco company where he started his career as a Global Management Trainee after completing his MBA from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands.

Mr. Farrukh Rasheed

GENERAL MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION, LUCKY CORE INDUSTRIES LIMITED

Farrukh Rasheed is the General Manager HR & Administration at Lucky Core Industries Limited since April 2022. Over his 20-year career, he has held diverse leadership roles across HR, Business Development and Operational Excellence. Previously, Farrukh held the position of Vice President HR & Digitalization at Hub Power Company Limited. Before that, he served in various leadership roles at United Energy Pakistan, Engro Corporation, and Jazz. He holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Farrukh has also completed his Executive Education at INSEAD.

Mr. Aadil Riaz

From the Chartered Institute of Personal Development, United Kingdom, Mr. Aadil Riaz holds an MBA and LLB degree. He has an experience of more than 20 years in the HR field, Organizational Transform & Change while working with sectors such as Financial Institutions, Telecom, Textiles, and HR consulting in the UAE, Oman, and Pakistan. Mr. Aadil is also a member of various professional bodies such as the Employers Federation of Pakistan, and the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP).

Mohamamd Kaleem Khan

HEAD OF HR AND CSR - HUBCO

Mr. Mohammad Kaleem Khan brings over 28 years of diverse experience in Operations, HSE, Admin, and General Management across various industrial sectors in Pakistan including Fertilizer, Chemicals, Power. He was involved in green field and brown field projects. At HUBCO, he led transformation and growth projects, implemented DuPont Safety Management System, managed O&M of both NEL & LEL Plants. As Plant Manager LEL, he was responsible for the smooth O&M takeover of the Plant from TNB Malaysia. Spearheaded the engagement activities at NEL Plant, which resulted in the increase of employee engagement score from 37 to 86 points. He established a technical training function and effectively managed HSE for Thar Projects, ensuring safe project completion.

Jawad Gilani

GROUP HEAD OF HR (PACKAGES GROUP)

Jawad Gilani is the Group Head of HR for Packages Group, overseeing HR operations for 13 diverse companies within the group spanning four countries worldwide. His leadership thrives on converting challenges into opportunities across a spectrum of industries, including Packaging, FMCG, insurance, and Pharma.
Prior to his tenure at Packages Group, Jawad held pivotal roles, including heading Learning and Development (L&D) and HR for HBL in central regions. His extensive international experience comprises 14 years in various HR and Training roles in North America, including Canada and the US. Furthermore, Jawad is a distinguished leadership development coach, holding certification from Harvard University. He has successfully coached clients across North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan, cementing his reputation as a global HR leader and strategist.

Mr. Jamal Nasir

CHIEF HR OFFICER - HABIB BANK LTD

Jamal Nasir is the Chief Human Resources Officer at HBL, Pakistan’s largest commercial bank. He has 30 years of professional experience; before joining HBL, he was the Senior Executive Vice President & Group Executive HR at United Bank Limited. He has worked with Standard Chartered Bank as Head of HR for Pakistan and Head of HR for South Asia. He later relocated with Standard Chartered Bank to Singapore into the role of Head of HR for South East Asia and then Senior HR Manager for Asia. Before working with Standard Chartered Bank, Jamal was also the Country Head Human Resources at ABN AMRO, Pakistan and also has 10 year’s work experience at Exxon Chemical / Engro in various HR and Engineering roles.

Mr. Adeel Rehmani

Mr. Adeel Rehmani is a seasoned Human Resources professional, having over 26 years of prolific experience with major multinational and national oil & gas Exploration and Production organizations. He has an in-depth practical knowledge of Human Resources Management. He is an MBA by qualification. In addition to holding various management and leadership positions in Pakistan, he also has exposure to the work environment of foreign states. He has been recognized as a High Potential Talent by OMV Group and received numerous awards. Currently, he is holding the position of Head of Human Resources at Pakistan Petroleum Limited.

Ms. Kanize Fathema Zuberi

Fathema Zuberi is the HR Director Unilever Pakistan Limited. Before joining Unilever, Fathema worked at ICI Pakistan Limited where she joined as Management Trainee and has held multiple roles in both the HR and Commercial functions during her tenure of 24 years. She holds an MBA degree from the institute of Business Administration and is a Board Member at the Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management.

Ms. Saira Awan Malik

Saira Awan Malik is the President of TCS Pvt Ltd. Saira is a corporate lawyer by training and from 2009-15, she worked at the London office of international law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, focusing on corporate and financial transactions, including cross-border mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and capital market issuances. Saira joined TCS, which is her family business, in January 2016. Saira received an undergraduate degree in History from Yale University in May 1999. She read Law at the University of Cambridge (2001-3) and subsequently completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law in London. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in October 2007. Saira has served on the board of the British Pakistan Foundation (BPF) since 2012. In April 2013, she launched the BPF Women’s Network. She is also a founder member of the British Pakistani Lawyers’ Association and the Pakistan International Film Association.
