Mr. Fahd K. Chinoy

Fahd Kamal Chinoy is an MBA from INSEAD (France) and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. Prior to becoming CEO, he headed various departments including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Informational Technology at Pakistan Cables Limited. Mr. Fahd Kamal Chinoy has previously served in the banking industry, having worked with TD Securities in New York and Toronto as an Associate in various departments including Loan Syndications and Corporate Banking. He is currently also a Director of Atlas Battery Limited, Focus Humanitarian Assistance Pakistan and the Amir Sultan Chinoy Foundation. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of NOWPDP and is a certified director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

Mr. Muhammad Farrukh Rasheed

Farrukh Rasheed has been the Chief People Officer at Lucky Core Industries Limited since April 2022. With over 20 years of experience, he has served in leadership roles across HR, Business Development, and Operational Excellence. Before joining Lucky Core Industries, Farrukh was the Vice President of HR & Digitalization at Hub Power Company Limited. He has also held key leadership positions at United Energy Pakistan, Engro Corporation, and Jazz. Farrukh earned his MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) in Karachi and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Additionally, he has completed Executive Education at INSEAD.

Mr. Zeshan Taj Khan

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER (ENGRO CORPORATION LTD)

Zeshan Taj Khan is the Chief People Officer for Engro Corporation Limited. Zeshan brings over 20 years of HR and leadership experience, specializing in developing robust programs for transformative change. Zeshan is returning to the Engro family, having previously served as Vice President Human Resources, Admin and MarCom at Engro Energy between 2019 – 2022. In the Energy vertical, he played a crucial role in managing organizational change and implementing inclusive business practices that prioritize people’s well-being and the environment. In his recent role as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Pak Arab Refinery Limited, Zeshan is credited with initiating a major cultural transformation to make the Parco Group an Employer of Choice. His valuable industry experience also covers Commercial, HR and business transformation across local and international markets at prominent organizations including Pfizer, ICI Pakistan Limited and Denique Consulting. Zeshan holds an Honors degree from the University of Manchester, UK, in addition to his Economics degree. He is a fellow with the Institute of Managers & Leaders (Australia), a Certified Professional with the Australian HR Institute, and a Chartered Professional with CIPD (UK).

Ms. Fathema Zuberi

Fathema Zuberi is the HR Director Unilever Pakistan Limited. Before joining Unilever, Fathema worked at ICI Pakistan Limited where she joined as Management Trainee and has held multiple roles in both the HR and Commercial functions during her tenure of 24 years. She holds an MBA degree from the institute of Business Administration and is a Board Member at the Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management.

Mr. Muhammad Rizwan Dalia

Rizwan is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. A seasoned HR, Finance and Corporate Governance Professional with having more than 2 decades of experience in professional organization such as PwC, PSO and K Electric. Rizwan started his career with A. F. Ferguson & Co (a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) and served Pakistan State Oil, in various capacities in Finance function between 2001 and 2007. Currently working at K-Electric Limited as CPO & Company Secretary, the only integrated private utility company in Pakistan. While working in various capacities at senior levels in Finance and Corporate Affairs functions since 2008.

Mr. Jamal Nasir

CHIEF HR OFFICER (HBL)

Jamal Nasir is the Chief Human Resources Officer at HBL, Pakistan’s largest commercial bank. He has 30 years of professional experience. Prior to joining HBL, he was the Senior Executive Vice President & Group Executive HR at United Bank Limited. He has worked with Standard Chartered Bank as Head of HR for Pakistan and Head of HR for South Asia. He later relocated with Standard Chartered Bank to Singapore into the role of Head of HR for South East Asia and then Senior HR Manager for Asia. Prior to working with Standard Chartered Bank, Jamal was also the Country Head Human Resources at ABN AMRO, Pakistan and also has 10 year’s work experience at Exxon Chemical / Engro in various HR and Engineering roles. Mr. Jamal Nasir is a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.

Mr. Ali Shirazi

Ali H. Shirazi graduated with a BA from Yale University, U.S.A. in 2000 and thereafter completed his Masters in Law from Bristol University, U.K. in 2005. He has worked with the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi in New York as well as American Honda in Torrance, California. He is Group Director Financial Services and President / Chief Executive of Atlas Battery Limited. He is on the Board of Atlas Asset Management Limited, Atlas Insurance Limited, National Management Foundation (sponsoring body of LUMS), National Foods Limited, Cherat Packaging Limited, Pakistan Cables Limited and Pakistan Society for Training and Development. Previously, he has also served on the Board of National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL). He is a 'Certified Director' from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance and in 2018 completed the Owner / President Management Program (OPM) from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Adeel Rehmani

Currently he is holding the position of Head of Human Resources reporting to Managing Director at Pakistan Petroleum Limited.

Mr. Hasan Adnan Ahmed

Hasan has extensive international & multi-functional experience and in-depth understanding of global business and emerging markets gained during his 25+ years of career with Coca-Cola CCI, British American Tobacco and Global Consulting Firms. During his career, he has acquired commercial HR experience operating on top teams within South Asia and Middle East and global roles in London, with experiences in turning around company culture, start-up operation and developing leadership teams. He has also led Public Affairs & Communication and Sales in Coca-Cola CCI.
