Executive coaching or “1:1 coaching” is tailored leadership development for senior executives, other leaders and high potentials. The leader works one-on-one with a professional executive coach on their goals and challenges, their particular strengths and any areas for development. Together they create a strong and trusting partnership that allows the leader to gain greater self-awareness, tap into their potential, broaden their leadership skills and change behaviors.
Every organization’s success relies on the productivity of their talent. Investing in developing its leaders and managers is a necessity to ensure that they can contribute their best to the business. Fulfilled leaders and managers are key, because they inspire, influence, and guide their teams to excel. Coaching empowers these key influencers to create solution-focused approaches that fill the gaps between their own current results and self-generated performance goals. Whether your organization works with top-down leadership, or in teams, coaching key influencers creates a domino effect that results in the overall productivity of the business. A customized program that will identify and develop the skillsets you need to achieve organizational goals.
We deliver senior executive coaching sessions face to face, virtually or a mixture of both formats. We work collaboratively with each client to ensure that their needs and objectives are understood before facilitating a match with a coach. Clients are provided with coach profiles and we aim to ensure each person is matched with a coach they are comfortable with and aligned with their values.
