Introduction
Increasingly employees are being asked to work from home. May it be a workplace transformation initiatives or responses to other social distancing measures in case of diseases, the requirement to work remotely and manage teams & organizational performance is a modern need.

This interactive 90 minutes, virtual instructor led session will focus on the obstacles in remote team leadership and go over global best practices that need to deployed to ensure that we can achieve and surpass objectives. Major themes covered includes communication in the information age, leadership types, team engagement, team motivation and what works best for remote teams and lastly building trust in a digital world.

Trainer Profile
