Program Introduction
Writing in its many forms is an essential form of communication in any organisation. It is known that we are living in an era of information overload. Whether it is on paper or transmitted electronically, information must be well-organized, well written, user friendly and serve the reader’s needs.
However, getting the message across whilst creating goodwill are necessities of any correspondence. Reports are a challenge for most people, as they require length, the presentation of data and are generally written for a diverse, often senior audience. Add to this the nature of technical writing, and the challenge multiplies.
This program is designed for anyone who is a subject-matter expert with writing responsibilities or a seasoned writer tasked with developing technical material; this program focuses on preparation, writing, and editing.

Cancellation Policy:
PSTD Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 5 working days prior to the program will be refunded 50%. If a booking is canceled in less than 5 working days, no refunds can be given. Cancellations must be confirmed by a letter or email. Substitutions may be made at any time for the same program only. In case of the participant not showing up on the day of the training a replacement can be sent.
