Ms Arshi Ahmad-Aziz is a prominent training consultant in Pakistan. She has been providing training and consultancy since 1984, and has conducted training programmes in the UK, UAE, Bangladesh and Pakistan. She has had the privilege of working with over 150 organisations, and has trained over 30,000 people. Arshi has worked with multinational, national and social sector organisations. In these organisations, she has conducted various human development programmes, with an emphasis on communication and leadership. Her work with these and other organisations has been at a variety of hierarchical levels, from supervisors to secretaries to senior management, and levels in between. Other than human development programmes, Arshi has facilitated organisational development projects also. Employee surveys, 360˚ feedback, and job description development are all examples of such projects. Arshi has had ten books and over 300 articles published. Her most recent publication was a book highlighting Pakistan’s postage stamps – ‘Message Sent’. Arshi’s qualifications comprise a LLB (HONS) and a MA in Social Policy and Administration from Nottingham University, UK. She is a Certified LUMS (Lahore University of Management Sciences) Trainer. Arshi is a trained relationship counsellor, who has trained other counsellor’s also. She is also a certified auditor/ lead auditor for ISO 9000 with the British Standards Institute. Arshi is an associate trainer for ‘Work Positive’ a UK based consultancy. She is founder and Lead Trainer of ITC - The Institute of Training and Consultancy, whose objective is to Maximise Human Potential.
