Trainer Profile:
Antony has worked in more than 60 countries in North America, Africa, Middle East, Europe and Asia. He held different managerial positions like Engineering Manager, Area Marketing Director and General Manager, in a variety of fields such as FMCGs, Medical & Surgical Equipment, Mining, Oil exploration equipment etc. His last position, prior to starting his current venture in 2009, was Managing Director for British American Tobacco, based in Thailand with partial responsibility for ten countries of the area.
Antony has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to quickly grasp the big picture of an organization and to identify and bring out the potential of all the individuals who eventually enjoyed being part of winning teams. This in turn assisted to plan and implement large organizational and cultural changes.
In all of the above, results were exceptional and far exceeded any targets. His ability to assess, select, develop, coach and mentor, resulted in him being assigned — over and above his line responsibilities - to apply the aforementioned in many cases in countries where he had no other direct or indirect responsibility. As a result, hundreds of executives were selected, coached and developed by Antony.
Since 2009 Antony is a partner of Blanchard Leadership Group Limited
(Cyprus) working with clients in many countries around the world. He continues to enthusiastically train, develop and coach executives at all levels, whilst helping organizations identify vision and strategy, undertaking to develop their people to achieve these targets.

Cancellation Policy:
PSTD Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 5 working days prior to the program will be refunded 50%. If a booking is canceled in less than 5 working days, no refunds can be given. Cancellations must be confirmed by a letter or email. Substitutions may be made at any time for the same program only. In case of the participant not showing up on the day of the training a replacement can be sent.
