Program Introduction
The role of HR as a strategic business partner in the success of an organization has evolved with the gradual realization and acknowledgement that people are the most important asset of an organization. With the advancements, HR’s role has further become very specialized with an elevated expectation to diagnose people-related problems by using time-tested diagnostic frameworks and then design interventions to address those people related challenges along with fulfilling the traditional role of making HR policies and processes in the organization.
Another way to express HR’s strategic role has been to develop people-related strategies and programs which are fully aligned with organizational goals and strategies. With more focus on result orientation and pressures on HR to produce tangible value addition, HR gurus started thinking of practical frameworks for the implementation of strategic HRM in a more robust way.

Who Should Attend
This workshop is exclusively designed for all members of the HR team starting from CHRO and going up to junior-most employee in the HR function. It is advisable, all members of the HR team attend this training together. This training is effective for both type of organization who already have BP model in place and would like to make it more effective, and those who would like to implement it afresh.

Cancellation Policy:
PSTD Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 5 working days prior to the program will be refunded 50%. If a booking is canceled in less than 5 working days, no refunds can be given. Cancellations must be confirmed by a letter or email. Substitutions may be made at any time for the same program only. In case of the participant not showing up on the day of the training a replacement can be sent.
