Shakeel Mapara

Mr. Shakeel Mapara is the Director Human Resources, Training & OD at sanofi-aventis Pakistan limited since the last 11 years. Prior to joining Sanofi he worked as Head of Human Resources, at American Express (Bank & Travel, Karachi). He started off his career as a Sales Officer in Engro Chemical in the Sales & Marketing Department before moving to Human Resources. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and has various certification on Leadership & Management Training from American Express and Sanofi. He has conducted various development programs such as on leadership, coaching & mentoring, building & transforming cultures for business growth and working around values & competencies. He is a visiting faculty at the IBA, Karachi where he teaches Human Resources, Leadership and OD related subjects.
