This workshop goes far beyond “people skills” right into the essentials of emotional intelligence in a language anyone can understand. It will provide you with the practical skills and motivation you need to improve all your work relationships, reduce stress and frustration and lead yourself to success.In today's constantly changing and dynamic world, our success largely depends on our ability to read other people's behaviors, and react accordingly to them. However, working effectively with all the different and difficult types of people in our workplace isn’t easy.

Cancellation Policy:
PSTD Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 5 working days prior to the program will be refunded 50%. If a booking is canceled in less than 5 working days, no refunds can be given. Cancellations must be confirmed by a letter or email. Substitutions may be made at any time for the same program only. In case of the participant not showing up on the day of the training a replacement can be sent.
