Grit and Stress Resilience Workshop
The Grit & Stress Resilience Workshop is focused primarily on enhancing grit and psychological capital through advanced Mental & Occupational Health interventions. Combining the mental health best practices, authentic research and cognitive/emotive techniques,this training workshop is an experiential learning spree with a practitioner cum trainer. The workshop offers an effective and scientific methodology designed to contribute to the individuals’ deeper understanding and sense of control over the effects of distressing situations resulting into resilience building behavioural, attitudinal and cognitive changes. It also provides an integrated and holistic approachfor an optimum performance and enhanced well-being in personal and professional spheres of life.
From a Management Trainee to C Level Executive, any individual who believes in building psychological immunity to pre-emptively mitigate impacts of dauntingly stressful situations in life while going through inter/intra personal conflicts, relationship and adjustment challenges and work-life crises.
The workshop encompasses tools and techniques vital to ensure the optimum involvement of the participants. The online platform Zoom will be utilized to its full extent. To provide the participants with a proper understanding of well-being and to help them connect with one another on a more personal level to make the workshop more effective, breakout rooms will be created.
Certain restorative energy breaks are taken during the workshop to give participants time to relax, as well as gain perspective on how best to utilize time.
The delivery of the content is not done without the questions and involvement of the attendees, because to avoid online burnout, it is critical to the methodology that the input from attendees be taken
In addition to Zoom, following tools may be used to assist in the delivery of the workshop content and keep the attendees engaged and involved:
- Mentimeter – this is used to create visual representations, word clouds, provide ratings.
- Padlet – this is utilized to get the opinions from the participants

- Being able to identify your stress triggers and how to manage them.
- Using coping strategies and tips for managing stress at work as well as at home.
- Learning effective practical exercises to be equipped with a mental toolkit to handle various challenging circumstances at work and home.
- Recognizing what you can change and what you can’t and what to do accordingly.
- Moderating both intra and interpersonal conflicts and maximizingpersonal effectiveness.
- Learning how to utilize your own inner resources to find greater health and well being

PSTD Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 5 working days prior to the program will be refunded 50%. If a booking is canceled in less than 5 working days, no refunds can be given. Cancellations must be confirmed by a letter or email. Substitutions may be made at any time for the same program only. In case of the participant not showing up on the day of the training a replacement can be sent.
