Program Introduction
Supervisors and Managers in any organization have to translate management decisions, plans and strategies into actions. This role requires written communication often in form of reports that are communicated horizontally and vertically across. Research shows that less than 20% of managerial reports get the attention they deserve and in return help the organizations in their intended purpose.This course is designed to provide a clear understanding on developing effective and professional managerial &technical reports.

A: Designing, Layout, Style and Structure

- How to structure the beginning, middle and end of your report

- Crafting, grammar and comprehension skills
B: Sources, Details and Effective Reports
- Collecting, validating and evaluating information
- Involving the team
- Deciding the level of detail as per audience
- Length and frequency of reports
- Keep readers engaged
- Confident conclusions
Learning Outcome
The workshop is focused on developing key team members on ‘What’,‘Why’, ‘When’ and ‘How’ of any type of technical reports that may beneeded for various work functions and by various departments and workscopes within any organization.
The module of the workshop navigates the various types of technical reports may be needed for Project Management,Documentation of keyDeliverables of Products and Processes and/or torecord the outcomes of various events and incidents. Workshopenables the participants to be able to organize the information, research,ideas, data and recommendations in the form of relevant formats so asthese can be used for other functions to meet organization goal.

- Participants would interact with the trainer and other participants via video and chat group
- PowerPoint Presentations
- Presentation to entail examples, graphical interpretations, images and slides
- Mini 2-3 minutes exercises and quizzes

Cancellation Policy:
PSTD Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 5 working days prior to the program will be refunded 50%. If a booking is canceled in less than 5 working days, no refunds can be given. Cancellations must be confirmed by a letter or email. Substitutions may be made at any time for the same program only. In case of the participant not showing up on the day of the training a replacement can be sent.
