Introduction
Design thinking is a human-centered, prototype-driven, collaborative process for creative problem-solving, and developing practical and innovative solutions. The methodology encourages rigor required to learn the most pressing needs of the customers and users; to create innovative products, services, and programs for and WITH them. The workshop can be as effective in technology or education as it may be in services or manufacturing. It could result in new products and services for customers or improved processes and productivity gains for internal operations. If applied with equal fervor, itcan even transform HR, finance, marketing, or operations teams—turning them into lean and agile profit centers

- Understand Human-Centered Design Thinking process/framework and its importance

Cancellation Policy:
PSTD Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 5 working days prior to the program will be refunded 50%. If a booking is canceled in less than 5 working days, no refunds can be given. Cancellations must be confirmed by a letter or email. Substitutions may be made at any time for the same program only. In case of the participant not showing up on the day of the training a replacement can be sent.
