During these years he served in senior managerial positions managing distribution operations (Terminals & Transport) in the largest supply chain envelope, as Retail Regional manager for the biggest diesel market in the country and facilitated compliance as an internal auditor for Shell companies in Pakistan. Served as a project Lead for a global project at the Shell Corporate HQ at The Hague to develop the ‘HSSE Control Framework’ for the Group which is termed as a paradigm shift project to create sustainable safety culture across all businesses worldwide. These mandatory safety requirements for HSSE management systems, personal and process safety have been implemented across all company’s businesses worldwide in over 70 countries. Currently, upgrading supply chain processes and safety systems for Oil & Gas and FMCG in Pakistan and abroad like Pak Arab Refinery-Pearl Gas, Coca Cola Beverages, Total PARCO, Attock Refinery, Engro Foods and Tristar Transport LLC, Dubai, UAE.
