Sumra is a Pakistan based consultant. She completed her second Master’s degree in counselling and Psychotherapy from UK. She also holds Master degree in Human resource. As a woman with a large appetite for growth, she has been associated with learning and development and organizational development field for last 10 years. She has also worked as a freelance consultant with British Council, Friedrich Nauman Stiftung and Nestle. She is also practicing as a mental health practitioner.

Her areas of expertise includes personal centered approach of leadership, managing people, coaching and mentoring, personal development and grooming, designing TNA, designing competencies, designing recruitment strategies, developing and managing companies culture, managing talent, leadership and management development program, train the trainer, team building/work, conflict management, customer and client service excellence, personal mindfulness and emotional intelligence, selling skills for retail staff, self-awareness and list goes on.
