Student Development Program 2023 (June – July) has once again been a tremendous success. This time, a total of 90 students from 16 universities were enrolled in the program, eager to enhance their skills and prepare themselves for a competitive job market.

The Second cycle of SDP’23 aimed to offer courses and sessions that are in high demand in the professional world, equipping students with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their careers. The program focused on various essential topics, with industry professionals serving as guest speakers and sharing their valuable insights and experiences.

Our student participants come from diverse educational backgrounds (Medical, Engineering, Business, CS, Arts) and universities. A total of 14 universities were on board this time:

FAST University, DOW University, Hamdard University, Malir University, Lyari University, Habib University, SZABIST, MITE, IOBM, Indus University, PAF – KIET, DHA Suffa, Salim Habib University, Iqra University, KSBL, and TSA.

The program has been a great success, with prominent Industry professionals from various fields gracing the previous sessions;

• Umar Ahsan Khan (CEO & MD) at Dawlance – Conducted session on Leadership Development.
• Amir Akram (Senior Manager organization development) at National Foods – Conducted a session on Conflict Resolution.
• Hassan Hashmi (General Manager HR and corporate communications) at Midas safety – Conducted session on CV & Interviewing Skills.
• Moghis Jalal (Director HR) at Brookes Pharma – Conducted session on career planning.
• Fayyaz Kerawala (Head Learning, OD, DEI, HR Systems & Projects) at Habib Metropolitan bank – Conducted session on Professional Resilience.
• Sohail Saeed (PIA Instructor) – Conducted session on aviation industry trends and simulation center.
• Ali Anis (Head HR) at South Asian Port Terminal – Conducted session on Personal Accountability.
• Salman Burney (Vice Chairman) at HOH graced us with his presence as a ceremony ending guest speaker.
