Shuja Shams

Shuja Shams is a Ken Blanchard certified trainer and has more than twenty years of professional work experience, primarily in the areas of Human Resource Management and Operations Management. During his professional career he has worked for prestigious organizations, including ICI Pakistan, Engro, Iffco and Mobilink on various local and international assignments at senior management levels. Shuja’s last assignment was with Mobilink as Director HR Business Partners. At Mobilink, Shuja also worked in Amsterdam on an international assignment with Veon (Mobilink’s principals) with Group HR as HR Project Leader and conducted project rollout workshops at other international business units of Veon at Amsterdam, Rome, Moscow, Kiev, Astana and Dhaka. Currently Shuja works as Principal Consultant at Excepace Consulting – a management development and HR Consulting firm. Shuja is also associated with Center for Executive Education – CEE, IBA Karachi, and Pakistan Society for Training & Development (PSTD) as corporate trainer. His areas for management development interventions include: Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, and Organizational Behavior & Leadership Development. Shuja is a certified trainer for the following Ken Blanchard programs: Situational Leadership II, Coaching Essentials, Building Trust, First Time Manager and Blanchard Management Essentials.
