Shail started his corporate experience under the dynamic banner of United Bank Limited, after which he moved onto Engro Foods Limited and then to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. where he served as HR Manager and also as acting Director HR for Karachi Sheraton Hotel. His last corporate assignment was with Phillip Morris Pakistan Limited where he was initially responsible for Recruitment and subsequently Talent Management. Shail has a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the Charles Strut University, Australia, along with a Master’s in International Relations from the Karachi University. In addition to this he was sponsored to take up a course in Talent Management through Harvard Business School, Manage Mentor program by Starwood Hotels Inc. This course broadened Shail Niazi’s horizons as a Talent Manager through an assortment of modules and enhanced his expertise in the field of Transformational HR Management. At 29, Shail became one of the youngest management consultants of Pakistan when he founded Galvico, a premium Management & Strategy Consulting firm. In addition to this Shail is also serving as the CEO of Galvitech, a multi-faceted Technology firm with a focus on Consumer Electronics and Corporate Technologies. Shail has a high degree of inclination towards foundational aspects of business, particularly, Talent Management and Development, Organizational System Re-engineering, Restructuring and Organizational Change. He is of the view that in order to be a promising entrepreneur, one must observe and experience everything and must never stop setting challenging targets for one’s own self. It is a combination of these factors and his dynamic personality that he finds himself comfortable dealing with diversity, both in terms of people and in terms of tasks and challenges that he takes up.
