BSEE (USA); MSC (UK), DIC; FSIA; COHS Proc Bilal Mustafa Syed has a Master of Science in Environmental Technology from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology. An active member of the Environment fraternity (LEAD). He is a Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Specialist with over 30 years of work experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemical Industry, Energy (Wind) and Mineral Resource Sector. He has held senior positions within multinational organisations - Chevron; Inpex & Woodside Energy Australia, Total, OMV, World Bank, EBRD and ICI Plc. At World Bank, he managed the portfolio safeguards for infrastructure and natural resource projects. He has undertaken auditing of major projects in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals and infrastructure sectors.
