Mohammad Iftikar

Mr. Mohammad Iftikar is a chemical engineer by profession and has had a very long and varied experience starting with paper manufacturing and then moving on to industrial sales with Esso Eastern Inc. He then joined ICI Pakistan and after the first 10 years in sales/marketing moved onto various aspects of HR Management. He held positions in Human Resources, Administration & Industrial relations before taking over as Training & Development Manager for Pakistan including shared responsibility for training and development in ICI’s Asia Pacific region. Mr. Mohammad Iftikar is the founding President of Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management (PSHRM). He is also on the Board of Pakistan Society for Training & Development (PSTD). He is on the Executive Committee of Employers Federation of Pakistan and has been on various committees of overseas Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He has a passion for training & development and has conducted extensive training in both commercial as well as managerial skills development areas.  Currently he is involved in HR Consultancy including training & development for various organizations including multi-national companies.
