Mehdi Hasnain is an established industry Transformation Leader of Change and Lean Deployment with ability to develop and lead cross- functional teams. A career of 29 years spans serving as Global Quality Director role Schneider Electric- APC in USA (Data Infrastructure and UPS systems); MEMC semi-conductors and  ITT Industries  (conglomerate from Detroit). Served in Pakistan as Head of Operations at International Steels Ltd, CEO for the Hunar Foundation and a decade of development and business operations as He is also the founder of Pakistan based global e-commerce portal Tohfay.com winning the prestigious PASHA awards twice in Pakistan IT industry.

Mehdi has a unique distinction of working as a Consultant and Coach for Quality Systems, Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement as an expert in deployment of Value-stream mapping, Lean, Kaizen, 5S. Statistical process controls and Quality Management Systems. With innate ability to formulate vision into strategies and gaining support to implement those strategies. Proven record of building successful global teams, leading external partnerships and diverse cross-functional teams with ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.

Mehdi Hasnain is currently the COO and Director Strategy for Loads Ltd (the largest Tier -1 supplier of OEMs) and President Global Reach for The Hunar Foundation. Mehdi holds BE in Mechanical and dual MBA in Operations Management and Finance  (PA-USA). He is a Certified Black-Belt for Lean Six-Sigma & Lead Auditor for ISO / IATF 9001 Standards.
