Developing our People

The learning and development of our employees are one of the major parts of our mission. Pakistan Society for training and development initiates Blended E-learning sessions under the heading of “E-Circuit”. In which PSTD employees attend the e-learning courses from the digital learning academy (PSTD LMS) and then after it will be a two hours session for sharing the key Learnings will all the participants. These sessions are not the only way of brainstorming but people come with their unique way of learning examples and connecting the scenarios with their personal and professional life situations. new concepts come out and we also get feedback about digital learning. This exercise is not only about conceptual learning but also enhances the public speaking and presentation skills of our people.

PSTD Internship Program 2021

At PSTD we believe in empowering our interns, challenging them to do more and dream more. We treat them as a part of the PSTD family. They are given creative autonomy, support, help and space to grow. We understand at this point they need to learn and have to get inspired. That is what we did in our PSTD Internship Program 2021. We offered our PSTD interns their own space to learn, experiment, explore and achieve. Along with creating memories that they can cherish forever. They were given 8 weeks to complete their respective projects. Projects were very exciting and were designed in a way that challenged them, gave them exposure, experience and an excellent opportunity to learn from leaders of different prevalent organizations.

Fun at work

At PSTD we believe in work and fun balance. we not only work together, we learn together, but we also make memories together, celebrate each other’s big days, achievements, and celebrate beautiful colors of life and life as a whole. To build team bonding, connection and understanding we participate in monthly employee engagement activities. These activities are not only fun but also meaningful with learnings attached to each one of them. Fun at work gives our employees a sense of belonging, fulfillment, contentment, and enthusiasm towards their work.
