I felt incredibly honored and humbled to have the opportunity to speak at CONNEX 2023.
In the past, technology discussions revolved around computers and software. HR wasn’t even on the radar when it came to technology. But we have come a long way.
The fact that we have CONNEX, an HR conference that had technology as its main theme this year, is a testament to the evolving landscape of HR. This year, it didn’t just scratch the surface but dived deep into the transformative power of AI in HR, right here in Pakistan.
What impressed me most was the diversity at the event. We heard insights and experiences not only by the tech-savvy Gen Z, but also learned from the seasoned wisdom of the millennials and baby boomers.
It’s incredibly heartening to witness the same vibrant discussions that were happening in UAE, Saudi, and elsewhere, now making their way to Pakistan. The future looks bright, and I’m super excited about it.
