Dr. Akmal Attaullah
Dr. Ataullah is certified Balanced Scorecard Master Professional from Balanced Scorecard Institute USA with rich experience of strategy and performance management system design and implementation in Pakistan and abroad. He also holds other certifications including Six Sigma Master Black Belt, PMP & ISO Lead Auditor.
He is actively involved in professional trainings and consultancies since 2004 and works primarily in areas of strategy, performance, quality, productivity, project, and value chain management. He is a pioneer member of the Technology Assisted Business Innovations (TABI) Group funded by NSF USA. He has handled/delivered more than fifty seminars/ workshops.
He has worked with several multinational, government and private organizations primarily on improvement projects including Strategic/Performance Management, Six Sigma interventions, Shop floor re-layouts, Capacity Assessment for large projects, Time & Motion studies including work content measurement etc.
