A renowned HSE & Sustainability Consultant, who brings 30 years of world class experience in Managing & Practicing HSE & ESG in various organizations. He worked as Country HSSE Manager for Shell Companies in Pakistan. He is affiliated with PSTD as senior visiting HSE Consultant. He is also ITC ILO (Turin Italy) Global Master Trainer of "Occupational Safety & Health - EOSH Training Program". Dr. Barlas has significantly contributed in the area of Risk Assessment, Behavior Based Safety, HSE Auditing, Training and Development and Occupational Health Management, across various Industrial Sectors in Pakistan and overseas. He has been assisting Banking Sector in implementation of SBP Green Banking Guidelines & Sustainable Development related capacity building projects.
