The industry-leading train-the-trainer course from the Association for Talent Development, delivered in-person by an ATD expert facilitator, exclusively through PSTD.
Delivered in Pakistan by PSTD in collaboration with ATD, the Training & Facilitation Certificate is derived from ATD's competency research and aligned with the Talent Development Capability Model™. It equips trainers and facilitators with the knowledge and skills required to facilitate instructor-led learning that leads to on-the-job application and business impact.
This three-day, 21-hour professional development programme covers the complete training cycle from planning and preparing a training event to managing the learning environment, engaging participants, and supporting learning beyond the classroom. Grounded in the science of learning, participants explore adult learning principles, learner preferences, cognitive processes, and facilitation techniques that contribute to effective learning experiences.
The programme concludes with a live facilitation skills demonstration, where participants apply their learning and receive feedback and guidance from peers and an ATD expert facilitator.
Designed for both new and experienced trainers and facilitators, the programme is also valuable for learning and development professionals, HR professionals, training managers, instructional designers, educators, consultants, subject matter experts, and managers responsible for delivering learning experiences.
Each day builds directly on the last: foundation, then science, then live practice.
