Khalid Osmany has more than 45 years’ experience with large Multinational and local organizations based in Pakistan, UK, ASEAN and the UAE. He has held CEO and Director level positions in Business Management & HRM for around 25 years. Khalid has around 33 years’ experience with ICI Pakistan; with around 10 years in Sales & Marketing, three years as Business CEO of ICI’s largest Industrial Chemicals Business and around 20 years in Human Resource Management. Moving to the UAE in 2002, he joined the AI Ghurair Group as GM HR, for 8 years; responsible for more than 8000 employees, spread across the MENA Region; and subsequently for around three years as Director HR for the ASEAN Region Operations. Khalid has a BSc. Degree and an MA Degree from Government College, Lahore, Pakistan; also attended the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, France.
