Shabnam has held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Khalij Islamic, Tell Group, and Dubai Islamic Bank, bringing deep expertise in structured finance, governance, and sustainable investing. As CEO of Black Mountain Consulting, she advises global corporate and financial institutions as well as family offices on integrating ESG, impact, and governance frameworks into strategic decision-making. She currently serves as a Board Member at Bank Makramah, Nominee Director for the IFC, and Founding Member of Playbook, advancing women's leadership in the region.
