Qaysar Alam

Qaysar Alam worked for 29 years at Unilever Pakistan where for the last 8 years served as Vice President, responsible for Supply Chain and its strategies and operations. He was on the Boards of Directors Unilever Pakistan and Unilever Foods Pakistan, Member of Audit committees and Management Committee of the Company. He was also the Key architect of Unilever Pakistan’s SC structure and processes making it forward looking, achieving efficiencies in cost, service and flow. Qaysar developed a dynamic and agile team to meet the current and future challenges. Earlier he worked at Exxon Pakistan, ARAMCO SA and taught Petroleum engineering at KU. His specialties are in  supply chain management, design, strategies and training, manufacturing excellence, organization restructuring, people management, mentoring, coaching and team development.
