Zainab Khan, SeidoHR’s Founder and Lead Consultant has been associated with Human Resources for over 18 years. Having worked with several reputed companies in varied industries and HR roles, she carries with her practical exposure and hands-on experience of working with executive leadership teams in helping create collaborative cultures where business can thrive through, employee engagement, context based organizational design, training, development and succession planning, compensation and benefits and allied HR systems. Zainab understands what HR is capable of and how its potential can be unleashed. While most companies have the basics (ERP systems, infrastructure and processes) in place, often, they struggle to align the large amount of efforts and finances invested in order to get the best out of HR. As a consultant, her expertise is in leveraging her experience to realize the real-life challenges and limitations faced by organizations and help them develop scenario based and context specific strategies, instead of the standard one-size-fits-all solutions. “More than an operations office, HR has to evolve to a stage where it helps the organization realize their intended purpose and bring it to life by integrating different management functions”, as she terms it. Zainab attained degrees in Economics (Lahore University of Management Sciences - 1997) and Economics and Statistics (Kinnaird College for Women - 1994). She is a member of LUMS HR Forum, Lahore HR Forum, Human Resource Development Network (HRDN) and the Human Resource Development Center (HRDC).
