In facilitating growth and effectiveness, he had the opportunity to work in diverse industries such as Tobacco, Retail, Telecommunications, Jute, Agro-Pesticides, Paper Board, Footwear, Cement, Textile etc. He has used L&D, Coaching, and Psychometric analysis, Facilitation, Performance & Reward Management Systems and Survey Feedback Interventions etc., to achieve organizational objectives. He believes that his strength lies in building Credibility through Integrity.
