Dr. Agha Ali Raza, a Fulbright scholar, earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, specializing in Language Technologies. With 19 years of experience at institutions like FAST-NU, ITU Punjab, and LUMS, he is currently an Associate Professor at LUMS, founding director of CSaLT, and principal investigator at CIPL under the NCBC initiative. Dr. Raza's expertise includes AI, ML, Speech & NLP, and Technologies for Emerging Markets. He leads workshops on integrating Al tools like ChatGPT and Co-Pilot into professional workflows, focusing on practical applications and ethical considerations. He has received grants from UNICEF, Meta, Gates Foundation, NIH, Google, and others.
