Kamran Meer

With over 20 years of leadership in IT and digital transformation, Kamran has led C-level programs across Pakistan's banking sector, including HBL, Bank Alfalah, and UBL, with a strong focus on digital risk, cybersecurity, and large-scale product launches. His global experience includes senior roles at PwC Consulting (UAE & USA) and Oracle in Silicon Valley as a Global Application Product Manager. Since 2020, he has been advising regulators and enterprises across Pakistan and the region on digital and cyber transformation initiatives.
