Kehkashan Awan – HR Leader, Mgmt. Consultant & Executive Coach
Thank you PSTD – Pakistan Society for Training & Development for a great HR Conference, CONNEX, held in Lahore yesterday. Adeel shareef and Team have rightly put HR at the heart of Organisational Transformation to adapt to the new normal that is driving businesses to re-think the workplace and create new cultural paradigms.
Would like to share my take away from the presentations and discussions of amazing speakers and panelists.
HR has come of age as a discipline of thought leaders defining the changing landscape of work, talent and culture and creatively navigating their organisations to re-define and re-create the relationship between work and life in deeper, humanistic contexts and endorse individuation as a key catalyst of this transformed relationship.
