Kamran founded KZR Associates (www.kzr.co) in 1991 and pioneered the self-improvement and organizational development (OD) movement in Pakistan. Kamran serves on the boards of School of Leadership, School of Leadership Foundation (www.sol.edu.pk) and is a senior consultant at Carnelian. He holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, and UK, where he majored in organization development. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Inc., having completed courses in Management, Executive Image, Effective Speaking and Human Relations. He was a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) as well as being a member of two Toastmasters clubs in Greater Vancouver BC, the Rocky Point Toastmasters and City of the Arts Toastmasters (2006-7).

Member of the Senate of Pakistan

Memon holds a Master of Science degree from Karachi University. Before joining the Senate of Pakistan, he was the Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting (1993 and 2002), the Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Northern Areas and State and Frontier Regions (KANA and SAFRON) during 1993 and 2002, the Country General Manager for IBM (1989–1999) and the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Engro Group Pakistan (2001–2002). He has been a member of the board of directors for PSO, American Life, and Capital Asset Leasing. He was the president of Pakistan's Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry, American Business Council, and The Reformers (an NGO).

Zaffar A Khan

Zaffar A. Khan is the former CEO of Engro and the former Chairman of PTCL, KSE & PIA. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at IBA and is serving on a number of diversified Boards which include Shell, Askari Bank, Privatisation Commission, International Industries, Acumen& Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy. Faiq Sadiq

Faiq carries an experience of almost 20 years in Financial Services. He is the Group Head – Payment Services Group at Habib Bank Limited (HBL). His principle activity is to lead and direct the strategies for HBL’s Payment Services Group and work on client sales origination, cross-sell and ensure client satisfaction for HBL’s corporate & financial institution clients in payments arena. Faiq holds a master’s degree from Columbia University. Prior to joining as head of Payment Services Group, Faiq has the position of Country Head HBL, USA and has served on the panels of UN and UNESCO responsible for innovative financing options for education and gender specific issues. He currently is a board member of 1 Link – Local ATM Switch as well as NIFT and is also the Chairman Board of Advisors – Youth Impact.

Rumman Ahmed

Rumman is passionate about creative thinking and innovation, especially in companies. His goal is to take our inherent ability for jugaad and give it a bigger shape. He works with Pakistani corporates to lay the foundation for building a culture of innovation. In 2014, Rumman pioneered Knowledge Leadership in Innovation and Creativity (KLIC), an innovation conference with keynotes and workshops by experts from around the world, which is now in its third year. His forte is working with top management and he counts among his clients Engro Fertilizers, Engro Corp., UBL Fund Managers, Aga Khan University Hospital, ICI Pakistan and others. Dr.Atta Ur Rehman

Prof. Rahman is the first scientist from the Muslim world to have won the prestigious UNESCO Science Prize (1999) in the 35 year old history of the Prize. Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman obtained his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Cambridge University (1968). He has 1020 publications in several fields of organic chemistry including 727 research publications, 37 international patents, 68 chapters in books and, 188 books published largely by major U.S. and European presses. Prof.Dr. Atta-ur-Rahman is the most decorated scientist of Pakistan having won four civil awards by the government of Pakistan, including Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (1983), Sitara-i-Imtiaz (1991), Hilal-i-Imtiaz (1998), and the highest national civil award Nishan-i-Imtiaz (2002).
