Introduction
The Program has been developed on the SHRM HRBP program guidelines and is focused on being interactive, wherein participants will begin their journey of building skills that set them apart as a trusted HR Business Partner (HRBP) from Traditional Policing HR roles. The participants will have a safe zone wherein they can review their current position on the HRBP spectrum and simultaneously uncover the importance of HRBP role within the organization, and their unique place there. While they navigate their own personal journeys, each participant will be able to identify the impact of their unique contribution and influences that will positively affect he organization strategically. While the program is focusing on strategic contributions it will also look closely on the HR services spectrum, wherein the role of HRBP can be further strengthened. The overall HRBP structure and how it aides and facilitates the delivery of the role within the greater HR Organization.
This course will provide opportunities to the participants to analyze their existing professional life situations and engage in wholistic group discussions. The process will allow participants to not only consider others perspectives to their situations, but also start polishing upon consulting skills, business acumen, and ability to strategically contribute to organizational goals. As an after-course exercise, each participant will be able to identify their unique business objective/s and create an implementation plan around it, contributing to the organization’s goals.

Cancellation Policy:
